In the glass it's deeply pigmented, rich and concentrated both on the nose and palate.  Notes of blackberry pie, black cherry preserves, and warm cassis leap from the glass, leading to wafts of violets, mint tea, and tar with a hint of licorice.  Wonderfully savory, with nice, ripe, grainy tannins.  Structured and powerful in the glass, yet satisfies with an elegant refined lengthy finish.

This Cabernet is superb, we're talking about the magnificent 2019 vintage... and this beauty will crush most $150 Napa Cabernets without question.  If you love big, rich, toasty, and especially Napa Cab, this is your bottle!

Well structured and has the full tannins and full body to match the richness of a T-bone and the polish to keep it smooth around the edges, even tempting to sip alone. Will age gracefully for years, and will be best from 2025 through 2032.

Vineyard
Their Coombsville vineyard has unique volcanic and loam soils, as well as elevation, and maturity variations. Comprised of grapes from 30-year-old and 9-year-old vines, providing distinctive complexity. 2019 was an exceptional vintage.

The wine was aged for 30 months in oak barrels in 2/3 new French oak and 1/3 neutral barrels for 30 months.
