Winemaking
The grapes for this 2017 Chardonnay were whole cluster pressed to bring out the inherent varietal characteristics of the fruit. The juice then underwent native barrel fermentation in 30% new French Oak.

Expressive black raspberry, sassafras and smoky pepper flavors that linger with salted dark chocolate, red plum, cherry with notes of pepper on the palate.
