Cosa Obra
2020 Sauvignon Blanc
, Sonoma County
Tropical & Refreshing!
Aromas of white peach, melon, and orange blossom complemented by bright citrus and lemon zest. Tropical flavors of kiwi, pineapple, lemon, mango and papaya introduce a rich palate and a persistent mineral finish. A great beginning to any meal, this wine pairs perfectly with lighter pasta, anything seafood, and makes a great companion with just about anything.
Those who have enjoyed it before know this drinks way above its asking price. Just one glass in and you'll feel like you're on a tropical vacation soaking up the sun. Loads of lip smacking flavor, and so very delicious!
Vineyard
From the cool coastal areas of Sonoma County. The grapes grown in this region possess a unique tropical varietal characteristic which has become synonymous of the style of Sauvignon Blanc they produce each year.
Winemaking
Picked in the cool early morning hours and immediately to press the delicate fruit and chilled to preserve freshness. The juice is immediately inoculated with yeast and nutrients to complete primary fermentation in tank, with the addition of neutral French Oak barrels to add complexity.
