Bold and racy. Ripe dark cherry, chocolate, licorice and mint open up at first, with lots of cedary, bay leaf, tobacco, and leathery notes and an extra kick of sweet new oak.

A great example of where Cabernet's structure and depth are balanced by Syrah's jammy fruit-forward flavors. This wine offers savory aromas of dark berries, cassis, baking spices and vanilla that intermingle with earthy notes of dried tobacco, cigar box and saddle leather. Notes of dark fruit flavors carry on to the palate, with dark chocolate, vanilla and a hint of black currant.
This blend will pair well with spicy dishes, try with a rosemary & garlic spiced rack of lamb or a spicy grilled steak.
