Pure, Ripe, & Exhilarating! The nose begins with crisp exotic fruits, green apple, tart pear backed by white flowers and a hint of vanilla. The mouth is layered with ripe pear, stone fruits, and guava with focused bright citrus, lemon, grapefruit, creme brulee and a satisfying mineral finish.
This is a delicious, pure, and a ripe expression of Sauvignon Blanc from California's Alexander Valley AVA. Great structure and complexity. Pair with light to medium dishes like shrimp scampi or cacio e pepe.
Winemaking
At Reynoso, all work is done by hand: from leaf-pulling and green drop, to harvesting into half-ton bins. Once the growing season is over, the fruit is gently crushed into half ton bins, where they undergo a slow, cool fermentation. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were hand-picked at 22.8 Brix and barrel fermented with wild yeast showcasing the best of the best of the Reynoso Estate. 100% stainless steel fermentation to maintain beautiful aromatics. As with many of their wines, Reynoso is inspired by the great wine-growing regions of France, where minimal manipulation allows the elegance of the terroir to be most fully expressed.

Aromas of blackberries, graphite, and crushed rock, along with cedar, tobacco leaf, cassis, and a medley of dry herbs and spice.
A substantial mouthfeel, full-bodied structure, firm tannins gracefully interweave, establishing a flawless equilibrium of acidity and pleasing fruit. Well-balanced acidity collaborate harmoniously to accentuate the intricate flavors of berry compote, spices, and oak nuances reminiscent of mocha.
