Aromatic, and beautifully balanced, has a wide array of tropical/citrus notes and maintains the PERFECT acidity and freshness so vital to great Chardonnay. Aromas of stone fruit, lemon zest and a hint of vanilla, lead to a rich and enveloping palate of lychee fruit and toasted almonds. Fermented in 34% new French oak for 9 months. Aged on the lees, and hand stirred regularly promoting depth and longevity. Really well-made wine. Load up! Perfect for spring drinking. Medium to full bodied with great length, this is early evidence that the hype about 2015 is true, and we may have another stellar vintage to look forward to. Chardonnay lovers will not want to miss this one.

Frank Family Vineyards wines are produced in small quantities and currently sold only at the winery and a handful of select restaurants and wine shops. A visit to the winery is not complete without a story-filled tour or at least a walk through the historic building where the thick, stone walls, high-stacked barrels and rich bouquet of aging wines create the utmost in winery ambience. The winery provides separate tasting areas for sparkling wines and still wines. Just outside, to the south of the building, visitors are welcome to sit under the giant oak trees, relax at the wooden picnic tables and enjoy spectacular vineyard views.
